MacShrine.com got was shut down for a number of hours yesterday because of these pics. Why is it against the DMCA to create pictures of what we imagine a product, that is as popular and we all love, like the iPod, might look like. Isn't that a violation of freedom of speech, or something, anyway how are things created? wouldn't that be by imagination, I am sure apple does not have the patent on that... do they?
It Seems like you can get in trouble for your imagintation. Is This The iPod AV?
